• All the reward points and reward programs are only available for Medic Glow eshop members. Log in is required before placing orders.

• After applying for a refund or a return of an order, the relevant reward points will be returned together. If the relevant reward points of an order to refund or return have been used, Medic Glow reserves the right not to accept the refunds or returns, or to request the customer make up the amount of the relevant reward points.

• Reward points cannot be used together with other promotions.

• ​No reward points for shipping costs 

• All the reward points and reward programs are subjected to change without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Medic Glow reserves the right for final decision.
