Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange guarantee* when shopping in our eshop. Return or exchange guarantee within 7 days from the date of receipt (The delivery receipt record of the logistics company shall prevail)

In case of any dispute, our company reserves the right for final decision.

Items that cannot be returned or refunded

Returns or refunds are not accepted for the following situations or product conditions;

·        Items that have been opened or have been used (e.g. the packaging wrap, plastic bag or box is torn off) 

·        Any discounted, clearance or sale product or product that we state on the product page of the online store that returns are not accepted

·        Items with packaging not kept intact, incomplete or damaged.

·        Any products that are not purchased from our online shop

·        Any free gifts or sample size gift

Return Procedures

Email us with order number, product information and reason for return. Email address:

  1. Upon receipt of our email confirmation, please properly pack the item(s) to be returned (including the promotional gift items or any related bundled items) with a copy of the confirmation email or the delivery note. 

  2. Please send the properly packed return item(s) to the following address:
    Medic Glow  - Unit A, 17/F The Sharp, 11 Sharp Street East, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

  3. All the return delivery costs have to be paid by sender, we will not accept any returns with delivery costs unpaid or to be paid by recipient.

Refund Policy

  1. We will inspect and verify the returned items before exchange or refund. If the product condition does not comply with our company's return policy, no return or refund will be issued, and we are not responsible for sending the items back.

  2. The delivery cost and related handling charges of the original order will not be refunded. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

  3. A refund will be issued for the amount of the returned item(s) that complies with the return policy. If the returned item(s) comes with a promotional gift or a bundled discounts, etc., the related items must also be returned, otherwise the refund will not be processed.

  4. If the reward points earned from the order you would like to refund have been used, refund will not be accepted. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Undeliverable order

If the order is returned due to the unknown delivery address, post office box or hotel address provided by customer, no one has received the package after multiple deliveries, or the recipient refuses to accept the package, etc.​ We will deduct the delivery fee and return the balance, after the logistics company returns the package that cannot be delivered.
